Terms of Service
1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to the use of jobtrackr.win, a portal for organizing job search, applications, profile data and application documents. By completing onboarding, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Provider and contact
The portal is provided by Tim Vogel, Trooststraße 8, 45468 Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany. Contact: impressum@jobtrackr.win.
3. Account and access
Use requires a user account and truthful information required for the portal functions. Access credentials, OAuth logins and sessions must be kept confidential. You are responsible for account activity caused by your conduct.
4. Service scope
jobtrackr.win helps you capture profile data, manage search preferences, review job matches, save and track applications, and create or optimize application documents. Individual functions may be limited depending on configuration, available data, third-party services or the current technical state.
5. AI and automation features
AI-generated texts, ratings, suggestions, extractions and documents are assistive outputs. They may contain errors and do not replace your own review. You are responsible for checking applications, CVs, cover letters, profile data and directly triggered actions for accuracy, completeness and suitability before using them.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the portal only lawfully and for its intended purpose. Prohibited use includes abuse, unauthorized automated mass access, bypassing security measures, entering unlawful content, infringing third-party rights, or using the portal to mislead employers, platforms or other people.
7. User content
You retain your rights in content you enter. You grant the provider the usage rights required to operate the portal, including storage, processing, display, analysis, document generation and transfer to configured service providers as part of the selected functions.
8. Availability and changes
Continuous availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, security measures, third-party outages or technical issues may temporarily restrict use. Functions may be developed, adjusted or removed where required for operation, security or product development.
9. Liability
The portal supports your job search but does not guarantee job matches, invitations, contracts or the accuracy of external job data. Liability is governed by applicable law. For simple negligence, the provider is liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties and limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
10. Data protection
Information about personal data processing is available in the Privacy Policy. The portal cannot be used without accepting the Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service.
11. Termination
You may stop using the portal at any time and request deletion or restriction of your data according to the Privacy Policy. The provider may suspend or terminate accounts if these terms are violated, security risks arise or portal operation requires it.
12. Final provisions
German law applies unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise. If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. Effective date: June 2, 2026.
